More and more industry instruments and devices are using LCD liquid crystal display screens. The heat generated during the operation of instruments and equipment causes the internal temperature of the equipment to rise rapidly. If the heat is not released in time, the equipment will continue to heat up and the device will Overheating failure, the reliability of the equipment will be reduced, no matter what electronic products, heat dissipation is very important, it affects the use and life of the equipment to a certain extent. LCD display cooling method:

1. Air hydrodynamics, using the shape of the lamp housing, to produce convection air, which is a low-cost method to enhance heat dissipation.

2. Thermally conductive plastic shell, filled with thermally conductive material during the injection of the plastic shell, adding the plastic shell's heat conduction and heat dissipation capabilities.

3. Aluminum cooling fins. This is a common cooling method. Aluminum cooling fins are used as part of the shell to add heat dissipation area.

4. Radiative heat treatment on the surface. Radiative heat treatment on the exterior of the lamp housing. The simple thing is to modify the radiation heat-dissipating paint, which can take the heat away from the exterior of the lamp housing by radiation.

5. Heat pipe heat dissipation, using heat pipe skills to direct heat from the LCD full-color display chip to the shell cooling fins. It is common design in large lamps such as street lamps.

6. The fan dissipates heat. The long-life high-efficiency fan is used to enhance heat dissipation inside the lamp housing. This method has low cost and good effect. However, changing the fan is cumbersome and not suitable for outdoor use, which is a rare design.

7. Liquid bulbs. Use liquid bulb encapsulation skills to fill bright liquids with high thermal conductivity into the lamp bulbs. In addition to the principle of light reflection, this is the skill of using the light emitting surface of the LCD chip to conduct heat and heat.

8. Thermal and thermal integration-The use of high thermal conductivity ceramics, the purpose of the heat dissipation of the lamp housing is to reduce the operating temperature of the LCD full color display chip, because the expansion coefficient of the LCD chip is very different from our usual metal thermal and thermal expansion material The LCD chip cannot be directly soldered to avoid high and low temperature thermal stress from damaging the chip of the LCD full color display. The new high thermal conductivity ceramic material has a thermal conductivity close to that of aluminum, and the expansion system can be adjusted to synchronize with the LCD full color display chip. In this way, heat conduction and heat dissipation can be integrated, and the intermediate process of heat conduction can be reduced.
