For displays used in outdoor or special environments, the boiling test immerses the screen in 100℃ boiling water for 30 minutes to test its waterproof sealing; the salt spray test chamber simulates the marine or industrial salt spray environment, spraying 5% concentration salt water for 48 hours continuously to evaluate the corrosion resistance of the shell and circuit board. After the salt spray test, a certain outdoor advertising TFT display screen had no rust on the surface and the circuit functioned normally, which fully proved its long-term reliability in harsh environments.
